If you find that you’re taking yourself / life too seriously, I highly recommend pretending that everyone around you is only 5 years old. All those “grown-ups” are simply pretending to be adults. This evens out the playing field and softens reality tremendously. Police officers, business people in suits, construction workers - everyone is only in Kindergarten playing dress up!
It is so much fun to put on this lens. I started hysterically laughing yesterday as I watched my two friends Bird watching with their binoculars. I imagined them as kindergarteners and saw their cuteness and childlike fascination shining through :)
