11 Keys to ACTIVATING BLISS + JOY

I’ve been on a journey of healing Chronic Pain for over 15 years. Through this process I have learned a tremendous amount about the spectrum of pain and pleasure that I am able to experience. By cultivating certain habits and practices, I have thankfully tapped into the energy of Bliss, Joy, Play and many other wonderful states. Here are 11 Key Insights that have helped me tremendously.

1. Bliss can be a natural and relatively easy state to achieve, when your BodyMind System is in Homeostasis. The key is to discern what habits and distractions are taking you out of homeostasis.

2. A solid Morning Practice vastly increases the chances of Joy and Bliss. I recommend a bare minimum of combining stretching, connecting to nature, drinking clean water, and energizing empowering thoughts.

3. Having an Optimal Environment makes a HUGE difference on what states you can easily experience

4. Deep Savasana - Savasana is a yoga pose where you lay completely flat on the ground, usually after doing a bunch of active stretches. It is intended to be a pose to bring about deep relaxation. The issue is that many classes only guide you to lay there for 5-10 minutes, but I believe deeper states of bliss are much more attainable when you stay there for 20min. to an hour.

5. Singing + Toning - I have over 1000 songs I can recommend to help bring you into the vibration of bliss, joy, and love. Many of them are listed in THIS ARTICLE (Click here)

6. Angelic + Divine Connection - Tapping into Divine Healing Energy, and the presence of Angels is a wonderful pathway to more bliss. Here is one meditation I recommend (CLICK HERE).

7. Ecstatic Dance - Imagine the blood moving through your veins is flowing in a rhythmic pattern like the waves of the ocean.

8. Stoke Your Laughter - Here is a playlist of some silly videos (CLICK HERE)

9. Touch your body with the same care, presence and adoration as someone you love .

10. It is key to give yourself Permission to FEEEEEL and to EXPRESS through sound, breath, movement, touch.

11. “HNG” - try repeating this sound frequency. I’ve found it is very helpful to activating a blissful feeling within. “HNNNNNGGGGG” with essentially no vowel sounds in between.
